Ouachita Electric Cooperative and South Arkansas Telephone Company are pleased to announce the joint creation of Arkansas Rural Internet Services (ARIS).

ARIS is building a fiber internet to all OECC memebers in the coming years. This fiber network will enable members to reach up to 1Gbps, as well as Digital Phone services.
